We Are Your Union !!!
Every so often it's easy to think that common thought,, what has the union i'm in done for me lately? Well,,besides negotiating as fair a labor contract as possible, we help our workers as much as we can in areas such as looking up information in the most recent release of the union contracts, answering questions honestly where workers might thing they've been deceived, resolving difficulties between labor and management, making the workplace as "user-friendly" as possible,, there is a long list of the tasks we undertake each and every day on behalf of the workers of Kraft Foods/Oscar Mayer, Tyson Foods/Doscosil plant, and the Jones Facility. So, when it seems like the going's getting tuff, remember we're there for you.
